Terms and conditions of membership
1. Membership packs will be sent out within 28 days of
receipt of payment
2. Membership commences the day payment is received
3. If for any reason Bet Success are unable to provide any of
the services specified in the membership package you have purchased
we will endeavour to pay appropriate compensation. Any compensation
offered will be at the sole discretion of Bet Success
4. No membership fees are refundable after 14 days upon cancellation
or termination of membership
5. Should you exercise your right to request a refund within
the initial 14 day period after the account is opened you will
be obligated to return all products received from us in their
original condition
6. The information contained within the service is owned by
Bet Success and is protected by copyright, trade marks and other
intellectual property rights. You agree and accept the information
in the membership is for your own personal use, and is not sold
or redistributed
7. We have the right to terminate membership at any time, with
or without cause if it is deemed that the membership contravenes
the terms and conditions
8. Membership may be renewed or extended at the end of your
present subscription, subject to the applicable fee being received
9. By becoming a member you consent to receive any SMS messages,
emails, newsletters and details of other special offers which
we think may be of interest to you.
10. Personal information supplied shall remain confidential
and not sold, traded or rented to any third party for any marketing
